you probably shouldn't click any of the links in this post at work. fair warning.

I) I just need to post this. What better illustration of the ridiculousness of authorship and legitimacy than the business card scene from American Psycho?

It even has a watermark.

II) To follow the trend of everyone posting found graffiti, perhaps some may find this local project somewhat interesting. I believe this was actually someone's class project at some point. Luckily it has recorded for posterity the fabulous graffiti of the first floor ladies' room in the English building, which has been mostly scrubbed off in the past few months (though I managed to grab the gem to the left last semester). I swear, that bathroom is better than PostSecret.

Okay, not really a true fan of American Psycho, but you picked one of the best scenes; and it fits right in with what we've been doing. You had me laughing.

And as a guy who used to run a bookstore, I found myself engrossed in the Postsecret series. But better yet, have you entertained yourself with "Found?"

Here's a fun side note. My mom told me she was a fan of Found Magazine. Skip forward two years. My roommate at the time was reading one of the books, and she started laughing really hard. Then she said, "Hey, isn't that your mom's name?" I looked at the book, called my mom, and confirmed that she 'found' a note stuck in a book at the library she worked at and turned it in. And thus was published only to be discovered by a friend.

Your blog rocks.
